Ten years ago, I made a life-changing decision to ditch chemicals from my skincare routine. I was tired of using products filled with synthetic ingredients I couldn’t pronounce, knowing they were seeping into my skin. Determined to find a better way, I began creating my own organic herbal salve, using herbs from my garden and slowly infusing them into organic extra virgin olive oil. It was a game changer—not only did my skin feel better, but I knew I was nourishing it with natural vitamins, not harmful chemicals.
As my love for herbal remedies grew, I decided to take it further. I learned how to make soap from lye, free of perfumes and artificial additives. This process allowed me to craft a soap that was as pure and simple as the salve I had grown to love. Using herbs like chamomile and calendula, I created a bar that gently cleanses while infusing the skin with vitamins.
But I didn’t stop there. I wanted something that could be as versatile as it was nourishing, so I created solid lotion bars. These bars, infused with the same herbal goodness as my salves, became a staple in our home—perfect for moisturizing on the go, soothing dry skin, or even as a barrier for rough hands.
Now, my kids and I use only natural products. Every balm, soap, and lotion we apply is packed with vitamins, slowly infused through organic olive oil. It’s not just about avoiding chemicals anymore—it’s about feeding our skin the nutrients it craves. This journey has been a labor of love, rooted in my desire to give my family the healthiest, most natural care possible, straight from our own backyard.
